bleh it really doesnt feel like a sunday without church... i kept thinking it was a saturday throughout the whole day

oh well... it seems that God really answers prayers... somehow especially when it comes to NCC

not once

not twice

but SIX... surely it cant be just a coincidence, my faith in strenghtened

okay let me list them

i prayed for strength, the rifle didnt kill my shoulders and was quite maneagable

i prayed for efficiency, we drew arms really fast and left the camp within like an HOUR... thats really good considering that its NCC

i prayed that training wouldnt be too tough, we had wet weather rehearsal in an airconditioned hall and parade training wasn't really training with it not being proper

i prayed that the sun wouldnt be so hot, the clouds covered it while we did our parade training

i prayed that we woiuldnt have to wear no.1 and die of heat stroke, we wore it but didnt use it

i prayed for rain so that training would be cancelled and postponed, it rained halfway into training, just before we were supposed to do a full dress rehersal, training was cancelled from then onward and there was no postponement.

i think the rain part really touched me, before that we were tempted with a slight drizzle, but then it stopped... when it started i was like "whoa... God you are so awesome"... but training carried on anyway despite the drizzle and i got quite annoyed...

so MAYBE thats why it stopped.. shrug i seem so self important haha

then when it stopped i thought "sorry God if my anger angered you, sorry for not being grateful" and i kinda lost hope

then it RAINED just as our break was about to end

IT POURED... really

while everyone was sitting there and screaming whenever a huge bolt of lightining appeared in the sky... i took and started listening to rain down... haha lame right? but that seemed the most appriopiate thing to do...

rain down on me, rain down on me, here in your presence i am free...

i let the words of the song be my prayer of thanks and praise, then i listened to still..
