ok today started with ding, kaijun, kevin and darren coming over to my house to do our romeo and juliet play... pretty hilarious ^^'

actually come to think of it nothing much was done today except that i got a cable to connect my cd player to my amp which means that i can jam with the songs as if i'm a member of the band!!! w00tness...

bahrgh my stupid pen seems to be able to write on any surface EXCEPT the one i'm currently writing on... jinxed crap... good thing is only cost me 80 cents...

anyway today i started thinking about the different genres of christian music, and the controversy between them...

is there really much of a difference? if you put aside all the instruments, the tone, the pace, everything... isnt it the same thing? they all worship God. so why is there the controversy over contemporary songs not being as meaningful or losing its meaning? if you want to worship the Lord, it doesnt matter how you do it, and in that way you my as well do it the way you want to and derive enjoyment from it. so i think its really dumb that SOME pple absolutely REFUSE to sing contemporary songs for some irrational reason and dumb logic... -.-"
